Problem: Does Cherry Picker Software work for US google only or does it do more countries?
Solution: Unfortunately, version 1.0 software is based on USA results. However, this tool can still be useful in giving you an idea of just how competitive certain markets/keywords are for a particular industry. Highly competitive keywords for Google.com are most likely going to be highly competitve keywords no matter where you are at (.uk, .ca, etc...). Adding additional countries is a great idea and we will look into getting that feature into the next update or version of Cherry Picker Software.

Problem: When I try to open the software I get an error "the application is already running".
Solution: To solve this issue follow these steps:
- Right click your toolbar
- Select "Task Manager"
- Select the "Processes" tab
- Search for and select "ADOBEA~1.EXE"
- Click on "end process"
- Reinstall the Cherry Picker software

Problem: When I click the activation link in the email I am getting this error message - "We're sorry, but your subscription could not be confirmed. The list that you are trying to join was deleted by the sender."
Solution: You are on our Do Not Contact list from a previous request, you can resubscribe by using the Manage Your Subscription link in a previously sent message. The easiest way to find a previously sent message is to search your email for messages from "support@drivingtraffic.com".
If you do not have a previously sent message from us, you will need to provide a new email address to use to activate your software. We do not have the ability move contacts from Do Not Contact to Subscribed due to our Privacy Policies and CAN-SPAM laws.

If you can not locate the email you will need to delete the "cherrypicker.AIR" file, un-install the Cherry Picker Software from your computer, clear your cache the download and re-install the software Cherry Picker Software. Finally, you will need to provide a new email address when activating your software. |
